「から」 Particle

Hello,
Please help me with meaning of 「から」 particle.
Is it mean, "meet at moon" or "from the moon"
「。。。つぎの まんげつの よるに つきから むかえが くるのです」
I would translate it as:
"I will came back for meeting at moon"
Thank you! -
On the next night with a full moon someone will come from the moon [to get Kaguya-hime].
Note that むかえ here is a person. See:
