結構 (けっこう), as for the ドＳ, need context.

The full sentence is けっこうドMな面もある.

けっこうドMな面もある
"He also has quite the masochistic side".

ド is connected to the M and the S, not けっこう.

ドS = sadist
ドM = masochist

The ド is an intensifier, like in ドすけべ, it makes the word after it stronger in meaning.

Oh, and one more question. There are numerous intensifiers out there, so is ド the derogatory kind like it says in the dictionary entry?

Hmm probably yes. I've never heard it in a positive fashion (though most Japanese "negative" things can be positive in certain situations).
