    I don't think so. 実際は usually means "actually" and "した方がいい" means "should do."

    I think it depends on precisely what you mean. You could say something like

    理論より実行(or 実践)がいい[大事だ]と思います I think practice is better [more important] than theory

    (if that's what you mean) or

    理論を考えるより実行をするのが好きです I prefer (doing) action to (thinking about) theory.

    or keep it short and sweet:

    理論より実行[行動]。 More than theory, practice [action].
