100% in Japanese

What's is the correct way to say 100% discount or percent? I've been thinking it's ひゃくわり but I'm not totally sure.
Your help will really be appreciated.

A wari is usually ten percent, so juuwari would be 100%. I'm not sure whether hyakuwari even means anything in Japanese. Or you can say hyaku paasento (パーセント).
100% discount could just be "tada" or "muryou" I suppose.
