Cuz that would be really helpful...
Anyone? It's a simple question...
I'm not aware of a way, but I don't know how that's much different from looking at a list of most commonly used kanji. There's one here:
http://tangorin.com/common_kanji
Tangorin has the list divided into sections of 500, but it's not in order of frequency. Maybe I should spend more time studying and less time making lists of things? Haha.... nah. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
Oh, you're right. I didn't realize that. How about here:

Wow thanks that's just what I was looking for ^_^
Sure. I like having lists too, which reminds me of a related question I have... (I'll start a separate discussion though)
Though of course there are a lot of commonly used kanji you'll see in Japan that don't appear in the newspaper frequently, and vice versa, so there are some drawbacks to using a list based on newspapers, unless your goal is, actually, to read newspapers.
Your right, although from what I've seen so far there are very few Kanji in the list which aren't included either in the 常用漢字 or the 人名用漢字.
These two lists combined come to a total of around 3000, so I'm guessing the newspaper frequency list of 2500 covers most of that, minus some of the more obscure ones.
It really is like pokemon though... I want to master them all.
