Hi there, can anyone confirm this for me:

Are って and と interchangeable at any time? Because I seeγ€Œ[phrase]」と[name]γŒθ¨€γ† being used a lot more thanγ€Œ[phrase]」って[name]γŒθ¨€γ†. I do know that って is only for informal situations.

    Thanks in advance!

No, there are loads of situations where it isn't interchangeable, but yeah, in your example it is.

Oops, I should have been more specific. What I meant to say was, are they interchangeable at any time for phrasing/speech purposes?
