It usually means "please do" but it might mean "after doing (something)" if it's used in the middle of a sentence.

してくれて is する (to do) combined with くれる in te-form. Are you confused about -tekureru or about using してくれる in te-form? If the latter, more context (and the complete sentence) is needed.
