    プルセントのさがしてあります
  • and also what does this sentence mean
    ワンさんは 何を ほしがっていましたか。

欲しがる (ほしがる) = to desire, want, wish for

    What was Wan wishing for?

A search tip: take off the っていました (was ~ing) and just search for ほしが right here in Denshi Jisho. You don't need to know the ending (ru/ku/u/su ...) to be able to search for a verb, as long as you know the stem.

    二人は two people

    これから from now

    どこに行きますか (will) go where?

Where will you two / those two go now?
Where are you two / those two going (to go) now?
  • Where are these sentences coming from? What context?

私はプレゼントを探しています。 Found one example sentence that said [name/relation, i.e. Friend/Brother/Bob]へのプレゼントを探しています。 I'm sure there's a more natural expression though.

~てある is used to describe a state where something has been done intentionally. I.e. The window is closed (and I did it because I was cold).

    Did Mr. Wan need something?

  • -がる is actually a grammar form. You take a feeling i-adjective or na-adjective (like 欲しい、寂しい、嫌) and add がる instead of the last い (in case of na-adjectives, you simply add it at the end). It's for when you're talking about feelings you THINK someone else has (you can't use it for yourself, you already know your own feelings).
    私はこれが欲しいです。 - I want this.
あなたはこれが欲しがってるのか? - Do you want this?
    彼はこれが欲しがっている。 - He wants this.
