Could you please post the complete sentence, and relevant contextual information, if any?
Or do you mean 中丸, a person's name?

It was just posted in the end of an email, as last sentence, as though if would have been another way of saying "goodbye" or "hugs" or something. Just "chuu marui chuu marui". Is "chuu" corresponding to saying "kiss"?

I think it is a way of writing xoxo with chuu representing a kiss and marui (meaning circle) representing a hug.
