			For those of you that do not know, in 2010 the JLPT will consist of 5 levels instead of the current 4. The additional level will be inserted in between what is now known as level 3 and 2.

<p>So only for JLPT levels 1 and 2 we will see two tests a year, at least in 2009. One in July and one in December.</p>
