shinakunatta meaning

Hello everyone,
I like reading japanese songs to help me learn new vocabulary and I stumbled upon this word while doing it : shinakunatta
I was wondering what it meant. The whole sentence is : 早起きの我慢もしなくなったわ.
Anyone know what shinakunatta is supposed to means and which form it is?
Thanks!

Try to look at it as 'moshi nakunatta' ;)

Ah! I was not separating the words correctly. Thanks a lot, I found my answer! :)

しなくなった literally means 'became not doing', i.e. 'stopped doing' (you were separating the words correctly).
