兼ねて English meaning
  • 兼ねて has "previously; already; lately" as the English meaning. But the three example sentences have a meaning more like "as well as; with; and". My high school J-E dictionary says kaneru has the latter meaning, so I think it's an error.
  • 兼ねて exists as a separate word from 兼ねる. I suspect the problem is that the example sentences are pulled from one set, and that the example sentences are finding ones which are using the te-form of kaneru.

予て is another way of writing it, but for this meaning you should probably use かねて. A 国語 dictionary gives the meaning as:
    以前から。前から。前もって。かねがね。名詞的にも用いる。
