「上記テクストはどこからですか？」Where is the above (mentioned) text from?
Or if you want to know the source of the text, I may say,
「上の本文は、どこからの出典ですか？」or 「上の本文はどこの出典ですか？」or「上の本文の出典はどこですか？」出典（しゅっ・てん）= source/reference
