Hello ~ I'm just wondering if this sentence: 「あなたが幸せなら私もう幸せです。」 means, "I'm happy that you're happy." Or something along the lines of that.
Could you just translate it to me in English? And maybe tell me another way of saying that sentence ^ if the other one does not make sense?

I think it should be 'も' not 'もう'. I don't think the sentence is correct with 'もう'.
あなたが幸せなら私も幸せです。
translates as
If you're happy, I'm happy.
while...
I'm happy that you're happy.
probably translates as something like
あなたが幸せので私は幸せです。
...
Well, if you put that Japanese sentence I wrote into Google you get zero results so it must be wrong. Sorry, I can't do any better than that.

Nah, it doesn't work with もう, that would mean "If you're happy, I'm already happy". This could work in some contexts I guess, but the proper sentence relative to the English one is definitely the one with も.
